- Simplify the meeting room presentation facilities with a user friendly interface with on-site support and 3 year service contract.
- Using a mix of LG commercial panels and IIyama interactive touch screens – single and multiscreen configurations 49”-98” depending on the room’s size and use.
- Depending on wall strength and screen use – Screen Mounts – Flat/Tilt wall mounts, electric height adjustable wall mounts/stands and trolleys
- HDMI wired connectivity
- WePresent cross platform wireless connectivity – allowing users to share content from any device to present. Personalised splash/standby screen programmed to display logo or branding etc.
- LogiTech Camera for Microsoft team’s conferencing – HD pro webcam for full HD video calling and recording with built in microphones.
- Consultation – meeting, discussions and site survey.
- System Design – images, design plans, quotations.
- Delivery and installation – our own engineers deliver and install (Newlandmedia do not use subcontractors)
- Commissioning – testing newly installed equipment is ready for use.
- Training – training staff on equipment they will be using.
- Yearly Service Visits – Newlandmedia visit site once yearly to service hardware provided.
- On-site Support Contract – support will be provided on site when required.
